The Christine H. Eide Memorial Scholarship was established in 1967 by Torris Eide, a Queens, NY resident. Eide dedicated the scholarship to his daughter, Christine, before passing away in 1976.
The Christine H. Eide Memorial Scholarship was established for legally blind students. The $500 scholarship is available to full-time undergraduate or graduate students entering or attending an accredited college or university, with a maximum of $1,000 per year for any individual.
