Charitable Gift Annuities
A charitable gift annuity can provide you and one other with fixed payments for life in exchange for your gift of cash or marketable securities. Charitable gift annuities with the Lighthouse may be established with a minimum gift of $5,000. You must be at least 55 years of age to establish an immediate gift annuity and 50 years of age to establish a deferred gift annuity. The Lighthouse adheres to the rates set by the American Council on Gift Annuities. Currently one-life immediate annuity rates range from 4.8% for age 55 to 9.5% for age 90 and above.
