Theodore S. Francavilla
Ted Francavilla was elected to serve on the Board in October 2008 after serving for 17 years on the Board of the Associated Blind, Inc. and its online service, eSight Careers Network. The Lighthouse acquired eSight in 2008.
Mr. Francavilla served for 26 years at JP Morgan Chase and its predecessor banks, including Chemical Bank and Manufacturers Hanover Trust. His roles included Chief Financial Officer of the bank's Regional Banking Group and Senior Vice President and Director of Strategy for the Retail Bank. Other roles included CFO for the marketing division of Chase Cardmember Services and senior business executive for Chase Insurance Group. More recently, he was a Senior Advisor at First Manhattan Consulting Group, which provides management consulting services to commercial banks and other financial services companies.
Prior to joining Manufacturers Hanover, Mr. Francavilla spent two years with the Federal Reserve Board, Division of Banking Supervision and Regulation, Washington, D.C. He also serves currently as Adjunct Professor of Finance at Iona College, New Rochelle, NY.
Mr. Francavilla earned a B.S. degree from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
